The drone uses a method similar to the no-touch car wash industry. You apply the appropriate cleaning solution and then rinse the windows with filtered water so that the windows dry spot free and streak-free. 

Similar to a squeegee, the drone is capable of removing the standard window pollutants: bird poop, spider webs, dirt, pollen, etc. We have had property managers tell us they can't tell the difference.
We have run experiments where we have cleaned windows with the drone side- by-side cleaning with a squeegee. In this experiment, the property manager couldn't tell the difference between the drone cleaned windows vs. the squeegee- cleaned windows. In fact, the property manager was asked to identify which windows had been squeegeed, and she misidentified a section that had been cleaned by the drone as the section she thought had been cleaned by a squeegee. 

We use deionized, filtered water allowing us to provide our customers with windows in a spot-free and streak-free manner. 

Our chemical detergent is designed to make quick work of various organic deposits on windows. It can remove bird poop, spider webs, bug deposits, etc. Fun fact: spider silk is 5x stronger than steel. Our cleaning solution works to responsibly break down these bonds to allow spider webs to rinse free from the surface with ease. 

A drone is a great tool for handling regular window cleaning. If windows have inorganic stains (hard water stains, oxidation streaks from metal framing, etc.), then we recommend that the property utilize traditional restoration techniques to remove these deposits. 

A proprietary solution designed specifically for cleaning windows with a drone. It uses a cleaning agent along with a sheeting component similar to a car washing rinse aid.
